GTM Exec is the latest business to join Recruitment Entrepreneur’s REflex group, a support model for entrepreneurs in recruitment which provides the infrastructure and back-office support to launch and build businesses. GTM Exec is an executive search firm that places commercial leaders and senior sales professionals into private equity backed technology companies and growing corporate businesses.
GTM Exec was founded by Chris Jennings, a highly experienced search consultant. Chris has worked for boutique Executive Search firms for nearly 15 years, placing up to board level, before carving out a niche in sales leadership roles within private equity market. He’s spent the last 5 years working with investors to place Chief Revenue Officers, Sales Directors, Senior Enterprise Sales Professionals into transformative investor backed tech businesses. Now he’s launching his own firm, GTM Exec, which he plans to build an industry’s leading sales leadership search firm, helping investors to hire exceptional commercial talent.

GTM Exec launched in partnership with James Caan CBE’s award-winning investor, Recruitment Entrepreneur, under its non-investment support platform REflex. REflex is run by a team spanning all fields, such as operations, marketing, finance and IT, all of whom are experienced experts at launching recruitment businesses. With REflex’s infrastructure and support, founders are able to spend their time on building relationships and establishing their business in the market, rather than on the time-consuming processes and set-up.
